One of the most important voices in this work is our parents. Raising a gifted child can be incredibly rewarding—but it can also come with unique challenges.
Parents often share that gifted learners are:
• deeply curious
• perfectionistic
• easily bored
• constantly questioning
And sometimes… all of those at once.
Gifted learners don’t always “look” like what people expect—and that’s why strong services and supportive educators matter so much.
