A Message from the Superintendent
The future of Lufkin ISD is strongest when it is shaped together.
I invite our parents, students, educators, and community members to join us for our Strategic Plan Community Input Meetings. These meetings will be a space to listen, share, and help define what success should look like for our graduates.
These conversations will focus on big, meaningful questions:
What do we want to be true for our graduates?
What goals should anchor our district’s strategic plan?
What is our current reality, and what should we build on?
How will we bring our shared vision to life?
Your experiences, ideas, and hopes for our students matter. The input gathered during these meetings will directly inform our district priorities and the direction we take over the next five years.
