Business Professionals of America state qualifiers compete virtually next week
Congratulations to the Lufkin High School students who qualified for state competition in the Business of Professionals of America competition. Students will compete virtually in the state competition next week March 2 through 6.

“The site has information about Advanced Academics programs including Gifted and Talented, Dual Language, STEM, dual credit, Advanced Placement courses and more. Videos were created for parents to learn more about the counseling services that the district offers,” said Lynn Torres LISD Supt.
Lufkin ISD school board approves 2020-21 academic school calendar
At the February school board meeting, the Lufkin ISD Board of Trustees approved the 2021-2022 academic school calendar. The first day of instruction will be on Thursday, Aug. 12, 2021 and Lufkin High School Graduation on May 27, 2022.
