Lufkin United Against Violence would like to invite all to a week of festivities with a revival at Louis Bronaugh Park. There will be speakers and singing at the park Monday through Friday starting at 7 each night.

Literacy is fun when it comes to life. The students at Brandon Elementary dressed up like characters from books they’ve read and waved at passersby at an outdoor parade.

This is a great accomplishment and is a result of these students hard work and dedication,  as well as Lufkin High School commitment to preparing our students to be college and career ready,” said Dr. Andre Emmons, Lufkin High School Principal.
