Burley Primary’s Career Day brought out lots of little police officers, doctors, astronauts and principals dressed for success.

Lufkin United Against Violence would like to invite all to a week of festivities with a revival at Louis Bronaugh Park. There will be speakers and singing at the park Monday through Friday starting at 7 each night.

Brandon Elementary Book Character Drive-thru Parade
Literacy is fun when it comes to life. The students at Brandon Elementary dressed up like characters from books they’ve read and waved at passersby at an outdoor parade.

Thirteen students awarded National Hispanic Recognition Program
