“These employees work tirelessly day in and day out to ensure that our staff and students have everything they need to be successful,” said Daniel Spikes, Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services.

“Both of my parents are educators and so I have always felt like an old soul in education. I had my first opportunity as a Campus Principal for Central Junior High at 26 years old because of leadership my parents instilled in me,” said Dr. Cauthen.

The Lufkin High School chapter of the National Honor Society held an Induction Ceremony Tuesday to honor the senior and junior inductees.
