Staff Sergeant (SSGT) Joel Blackmon and Captain (Capt) Tyler Vaughan, Executive Officer presented Lufkin High School senior Leonardo Osorio with the Frederick C. Branch Marine Corps Leadership Scholarship valued at $230,000.
