Slack Elementary recently cut a ribbon to officially open the brand new STREAM lab, a place where students can learn about science, technology, research, engineering, art and math.

Juniors and seniors from the LHS Pantherbots Robotics Club had the opportunity to experience working with a multi-million dollar surgical robot thanks to Woodland Heights Medical Center.

“On average they see 85 to 100 students per day, more than most campuses see in a whole week. They just stood out because of their efforts with shot records, how organized they are, and the unique situations on their campus.”
