Sixth and seventh grade student council brought love-filled treats to the Lufkin ISD Transportation Department as a thank you for all that they do to transport and support students.

From her years as the Communications Officer at the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to her career as a head volleyball coach at Madison High School in Houston, Amelia Cole has been preparing her whole life for her role as counselor at the Alternative Center for Education (ACE).

The LISD Elementary Honor Society recognizes students for excellence in the areas of leadership, initiative, scholarship, and dependability.
