The Medicine Shoppe has graciously offered to help conduct another vaccine clinic on Friday.
CLICK HERE for the link to sign up for the one shot Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine this Friday, April 9 at the DEC building at 701 N. First Street. You will be emailed forms to fill out to bring with you for your appointment. You will also need a copy of your Driver’s License and insurance card if you have one.
Lufkin ISD employees may also sign up family members for a vaccine.
