Dunbar Primary hosted ” A Day with the ARTS” where students could explore different types of art mediums with the help of local artists and Lufkin ISD staff. Students used their imaginations to create masterpieces using all sorts of art form from Japanese Fish Printing to paper leaf critters. It is evident by this event that Lufkin is a community that supports the arts and loves to share with our students. Special thanks to the Dunbar Primary teachers who worked hard to make this day possible: Angela Holt, Angela Duncan, Jamie Mahan, Rebecca Tucker, Jessica Crager and Gretchen Tayloe.
