Human Sexuality Curriculum

The goal of the LISD Human Sexuality curriculum is to help young people to make healthy and informed decisions about sex.

High School Curriculum

Big Decisions — The Big Decisions curriculum is designed to vigorously — and effectively — encourage young people to postpone sexual involvement, and also to provide the guidance and information young people need to reduce their risks when they do become sexually active.

Middle School Curriculum

Wellness and Sexual Health: For Schools — The “Worth the Wait” curriculum has developed a sex education program that involves many facets of the community in order to help empower teens to make healthy decisions.
