At the February board meeting last night, the Board of Trustees recognized students who are state qualifiers in a number of categories: choir, band, Business Professionals of America and science fair. Congratulations to all of these amazing students! Lufkin ISD staff were also mentioned for the work they did in supporting and encouraging these students on their journey to success: Nicole Stewart, George Little, Sonja Stephens, Jennifer Stover and Suzy Jungmann.
