If you have a flyer announcing an event in the community that would benefit children, parents or staff, please fill out the form below for flyer approval. Lufkin ISD will send community flyers, to our parents/students through our school emailing system or to our staff through an e-newsletter.

Community Flyer Request Guidelines
1.) Submit Form Request
- Submit all information & flyer through the Google Form Link labeled “Community Flyer Request.”
2.) Review of Form Submission

Method of distribution & all other information related to the flyer will be reviewed.
3.) Approval or Denial of Flyer

The Communications Specialist will approved or deny the flyer. The person requesting the flyers distribution will be contacted to let them know the approval or denial of the flyer.
4.) Distribution

The flyer will be distributed physically to campuses, digitally to the appropriate audience, or both.

How do I get a flyer approved?

Submit the graphic/flyer & all information to the Google Form Link on the Communications Department page labeled “Community Flyer Request.”

Does the flyer have to be approved?
-
Yes, all material from the outside public has to be approved by the Communications Specialist. No flyer will be distributed to campuses without approval.

Types of Distribution?

Once approved, the flyer can be brought to the Admin building & distributed through school mail, brought to campus secretaries, digitally to appropriate audience, or a combo of physical & digital.

Can I have access to Remind and email?
-
No. No outside public person will be granted access to the Lufkin ISD Remind or staff email, due to safety concerns.
