They describe him as a steady, compassionate leader, someone who listens with intention, leads with integrity, and never hesitates to roll up his sleeves to support his team. His influence creates an environment where educators feel empowered, supported, and united in their mission to serve students well.

He also graciously shares his wisdom and heart with our Chamber programs—Leadership Tomorrow, Leadership Lufkin, and Leading Edge—where his words inspire participants to lead with empathy, purpose, and integrity.
