Last week, Lufkin ISD hosted the annual Run of the Panthers event, a fun and energetic cross country meet for our primary and elementary students. Young runners from across the district laced up their shoes and gave their all on the course, showing great school spirit, determination, and teamwork. The event brought families, teachers, and classmates together to cheer on our students as they challenged themselves and celebrated healthy competition. It was a great day to be a Panther!
