Save the date for Meet the Teacher events across the District.

“Teachers wanted to design a camp that provided innovative learning opportunities to a broad age group,” Erin Kay, Executive Director of Teaching and Learning.

The Lufkin ISD Admin office will reopen on Monday, July 8. Have a safe and fun 4th of July holiday!

 The Lufkin ISD Board approved an amendment to the 2024-25 school calendar which includes teachers returning on August 1 instead of July 31 with two comp day opportunities, January 6 and May 23. 

STAAR scores will be available for 3rd through 8th grade students on June 14.

STAAR test results will be available in the Skyward Family portal on June 7 for Lufkin High School End of Course exams (EOC’s) and June 14 for 3rd through 8th grade student exams.

School’s out. But kids can keep eating healthy meals this summer … at no cost!
