Lufkin ISD students helped out over the Thanksgiving holidays packing boxes of food for others at the Community Food Drive. The food drive was started in 1999 by the late Rev. Bettie Kennedy. The students pictured are part of a school mentorship program that fosters community volunteerism and teamwork.
