The Lufkin HS Band will be in concert at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15th at the Tom Jack Lucas Auditorium on the campus of LHS. The band is performing a special presentation of music from the Band of Brothers (the HBO World War II mini-series) sound track and will present a slide show of military pictures from the Lufkin Band family.
This presentation is both a tribute to our service men and woman, and also as a precursor to our scheduled bd trip to Washington D.C. The band will perform a concert at the World War II Memorial in Washington D.C. on Tuesday, May 29th at 10:00 a.m.
