The LMS 7th grade STEM science class students partnered with the LHS 12th grade STEM students to plant trees at both Burley Primary and Slack Elementary. The trees ranged from Persimmon trees to “Paw Paw” trees that bear fruit. There were 38 trees in all that now landscape the two campuses. The trees were marked with bricks painted and documented by the 7th graders.
